BACKGROUND

Mark commenced working in the valuation industry in 2012, gained registration in 2016 and joined Lyons & Co Valuers in November 2020. Mark also has experience in the development sector having several years of experience working within large scale development organisations undertaking a range of residential, industrial, and commercial developments.

SPECIALISATION

Mark focuses on a broad range of residential and lifestyle valuation assignments throughout West Auckland, North Shore and Rodney. Additionally, Mark undertakes a range of development valuations and advisory work including feasibility analysis, valuation of block development land or proposed residential development and wider consultancy services.
